All our shipping options are fully insured and tracked, this is to ensure quality of delivery service and to protect our customers as well as ourselves.

Due to the fact that we ship food and beverage items we only allow for next day TRACKED 24 service.

Tracked 24 (usually next day) - £8.00 (orders up to 5KG)

Tracked 24 (usually next day) - £10.00 (orders between 5KG - 10KG)

Tracked 24 (usually next day) - £15.00 (orders between 10KG-20KG)

Tracked 24 (usually next day) - £25.00 (orders over 20KG)

Orders placed after 2pm may not be processed until the next business day, but every effort will be made to dispatch the same day.

For Same Day local delivery orders must be in by 3pm and deliveries can only be arranged between 18:00 and 20:00.

RESTRICTED ITEMS SUCH AS ALCOHOL AND KNIVES WILL BE SHIPPED VIA SPECIAL SERVICE AND WILL REQUIRE A PERSON OVER 18 YEARS OF AGE TO SIGN FOR. THESE ITEMS WILL ALSO ONLY BE ALLOWED TO BE COLLECTED IN STORE BY SOMEONE OLDER THAN 18 YEARS OF AGE.

PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT SHIP OUT ICE CREAM OR FORZEN GOODS, THESE CAN ONLY BE COLLECTED IN STORE.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT SHIPPING TIME IS ESTIMATED AND CANNOT BE GUARANTEED, IF YOU REQUIRE PRODUCTS TO ARRIVE ON A SPECIFIC DATE WE RECOMMEND MAKING CONTACT WITH US FIRST TO SEE WHAT CAN BE ARRANGED. 

Terms and Conditions

Orders that are sent with a signed for service meaning someone needs to be present when receiving an order, if nobody is around when your lovely delivery person arrives at your door we cannot be held responsible for not meeting your delivery request. Please include any specific instructions for delivery in comments box during the easy checkout procedure.

Delivery schedules are based on destinations on the UK mainland.

Weekends and Bank Holidays will affect shipping times.

Delivery schedules are subject to change and availability.

Busy periods like Christmas period it is recommended to order a few days in advance as all delivery services can experience delays at this time of year.

IN STORE COLLECTIONS

With regards to in store collections, if you have selected the option to collect in store, you will have a maximum of 14 days to collect your item unless arranged otherwise. If you do not collect your item in this time frame we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund you less a restocking fee of 30% of the original purchase price.
